摘要:本文提出了一种具有螺旋形状,可拉伸的,且具有良好散热能力的LED灯丝。首先,采用FLOEFD模拟软件对LED灯丝进行热学模拟,发现在拉伸高度2cm时,LED灯丝具有良好的散热能力,并通过实验验证。其次,研究灯丝的封装工艺,发现螺旋柔性LED灯丝采用倒装芯片,平面涂覆技术,改善了灯丝光强分布均匀的一致性。此外,采用导热率好的合成塑料,在封泡过程中充入流动性强的氦气能够降低结温,改善灯丝的散热能力。改变灯丝的不同拉升高度,发现在2cm时, LED灯丝具有最佳的光学性能和热学性能,从而得到了最佳的螺旋柔性LED灯丝的制备工艺。77911

Research on Flexible LED Filament Design and Photoelectric Performance
Abstract: This paper presents a helical shape, can be stretched, and has good cooling ability of the LED filament。 First of all, using FLOEFD simulation software for LED filament thermal simulation, found in the tensile height of 2cm, LED filament has a good cooling capacity, and through experimental verification。 Secondly, the study of filament packaging process, found that spiral flexible LED filament flip chip, flat coating technology to improve the uniformity of uniform distribution of light filament。 In addition, the use of good thermal conductivity of synthetic plastics, in the bubble process filled with strong flow of helium can reduce the junction temperature, improve the filament cooling capacity。 Change the filament of different pull height, found at 2cm, LED filament has the best optical performance and thermal performance, which has been the best spiral flexible filament preparation process。
