摘要在当今现代化社会的建设中,船舶作为重要的海上建筑物,在海上长时间进行作 业。但是在其工作期间,往往会遭到空爆的威胁。舱壁是船体的重要组成部分,在狭 小的舱室内爆炸,爆炸载荷对舱壁结构的影响不容小视。它会使得舱壁结构失稳,导 致舱壁结构构件和整体抗力的衰减,影响结构的服役安全度和耐久性。因此,积极开 展爆炸载荷作用下舱壁结构的动态响应分析的研究,对提高舱壁结构的抗爆抗冲击性 能有重要作用。 79820

本文以某船的一段典型舱壁为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法对其在典型炸药量下 结构动态响应进行计算与分析。本文的主要研究内容: 

(1) 总结并分析了国内外学者对爆炸载荷以及舱壁结构的动态响应的研究现状

(2)介绍了爆炸的特性和破坏力,并对本文研究所用到的爆炸冲击波理论以及 爆轰波理论进行了整理和归纳;

(3)建立该舱壁结构有限元模型,对其进行不同炸药量、不同舱壁板厚工况下 的结构动态响应研究,从而计算得到舱壁结构变形、应力、动态响应及结构吸能特性; 

(4)本文通过对每个工况的计算结果进行分析,用计算得出的舱壁结构的位移、 应变、应力、吸能以及加速度值分析比较,确定在改变不同的变量的情况下,舱壁结 构的变形和应力分布,从塑性变形能吸收方面,总结舱壁结构响应的不同规律和结构 所起的抗爆作用的大小。

Abstract In the construction of modern society, the ship as an important water transport is important for people to transport infrastructure development and utilization of resources。 However, during their working lives, it is often threatened by the explosion of the tank caused by the oil and gas leak。 Bulkhead is an important part of the hull。 Explosion in a small cabin, effect of blast loading on the bulkhead structure can not be overlooked。 It will make the bulkhead structural instability, resulting in structural members and bulkheads overall resistance attenuation, safety and durability affect service structure。 Therefore, actively carry out the dynamic response under explosive loading bulkhead structure analysis, to improve the impact resistance antiknock bulkhead structure plays an important role。

In this paper, some typical bulkhead of a ship for the study, using numerical simulation method for its typical amount of explosives in the dynamic response of structures calculated and analyzed。 The main contents of this paper:

(1)summarizes and analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the explosive load and the dynamic response of the bulkhead structure;

(2)describes the features and destructive explosion, and detonation shock wave theory and the theory of the Institute were used in this article and classified;

(3)The establishment of the bulkhead structure finite element model, its different amount of explosives, the dynamic response of different bulkhead thickness conditions of structural studies, thus calculated bulkhead structure deformation, stress, energy absorption and structural dynamic response characteristics ;

(4)In this paper, by performing the calculation results for each condition analysis, the displacement calculated bulkhead structure, strain, stress, energy absorption and the acceleration value analysis and comparison, to determine changes in the different variables, the cabin wall structure deformation and stress distribution from the absorption of plastic deformation, summarize the rules and structures of different sizes played the role of

anti-knock bulkhead structure response。
