An Analysis for Newspaper to Use Microblog Platform in Emergencies
Abstract: Emergencies are always the focus of society, public, and government. As emergencies have the characteristics of happening suddenly, complex reasons, fast development speed, and high newspaper value, they become the origin of force which media compete for. During recent years, newspaper media respectively carry out integration report of newspaper and Microblog. The emergence of microblog not only contributes to the transmission effectiveness of emergencies, but also is beneficial to the point-plane integration and communication interaction within the range of transmission.Therefore, the paper puts forward microblog platform utilization strategy in three aspects: adopt microblog information for several types of processing, conduct audience exchange by microblog space and conduct public welfare planning by microblog platform, so as to provide opinions and references for faster, comprehensive and in-depth reports on emergencies.

突发事件新闻报道关乎社会稳定，一直倍受社会各界尤其是新闻界的关注。报纸在突发事件的报道中担当着主力军角色，近些年在对突发事件的报道中，坚持了正确的舆论导向，大体做到了客观、全面，为促进社会和谐稳定做出了积极贡献，但它也有着时效性缺失、传播范围过窄等局限。随着新媒体的出现，微博在突发事件的传播中异军突起，特别是微博的时效性为突发事件报道注入了新的力量。近些年来，关于突发事件中报纸如何运用微博平台的思考也成为业界关注的一个热点。
一、突发事件的概述
（一）突发事件的定义
所谓突发事件,一般都被人们理解为突然发生的事情，事件发生、发展的速度很快，出乎意料,并且这些事件通常难以应对，必须采取非常规方法来处理。也可以理解为，突发事件就是意外地突然发生的重大或敏感事件，简言之，就是天灾人祸。如自然灾害、恐怖事件、社会冲突、丑闻包括大量谣言等，专家也称其为“危机”。另有一种观点是，“突发事件即机会事件，是指在政治、军事、科学技术、公共卫生、公共环境、自然环境等领域的不稳定的、不可预测的、突然发生的公共事件。”
