The Spread of the Theory of Sudden Public Events in Weibo Subject and Characteristics
Abstract：The advent of the era of new media impact on traditional media, more and more intense, Science and technology brings the unprecedented development of the growing popularity of the network. The darling of the microblog as a new media, much attention has been paid to the spread of its unique charm and advantage to become the spread of the tool. Under the current form, weibo brought about quick fragmentation thinking way of space at the same time, we must treat microblogging rational behind unprecedented development brought about by the problem, we must make full use of weibo and optimize it. With sudden public events are presented in this paper, the main body and characteristics in the spread of weibo to carry on the analysis, the development trend of weibo, defects and solutions put forward the idea.

论突发性公共事件中微博传播的主体与特征
科技空前发展和互联网的不断普及，使大众对微博不断推崇，人们日益增长的文化需求在此背景下得到很好的满足。受众借助即时通讯工具能更好地满足对信息的需求，尤其对突发性公共事件的信息传播，微博的产生很好的迎合了这个契机。但缺少把关人的自媒体时代下的微博传播，其传播主体的不可靠性，影响了信息的真实性，受众缺乏成熟的认知在此情况下被放大出来，新兴媒体的副作用急需解决。因此对自媒体时代下微博发展以及突发性公共事件进行了概述。其次通过对突发性公共事件的案例分析，结合新媒体时代的特性，对突发性公共事件中微博传播的主体和特征进行探究。并针对微博传播存在的问题，以及微博的发展提出合理化的建议，显得非常必要。
一、微博及突发性公共事件概述
微博传播的内容精而简，虽然最多只能发表140个字，但是传播内容却相当丰富。这种形式也是与时代发展以及受众的习惯相接轨的。从最早简单的“碎片化记忆”的发表到现在集多种业务于一身，微博的发展历程正是科技进步的直观反映。
