Abstract: Huaiyang culture has a long history, Huaiyang too Taihao temple fair is China's most ancient fete ritual, clay sculpture dog is the most common past temple fairs earthen toy, and in recent years people face meeting clay sculpture dog shadow less and less, the inheritance of folk craft problems lie ahead, creative team hope to use their own professional expertise and drama, film and television literature accomplishment, in the form of a documentary to show the making process of the clay sculpture dog and access to clay sculpture dog artisans, led to thinking about the problems of clay sculpture dog lineage. The author as a whole, mainly responsible for the shooting schedule, coordinate the cast each member's time, to determine the location, contact interviewees, shooting situations in the process of on-the-spot response, commentary changes, grasp the editing progress all sorts of issues such as follow.

创作目的
在每年的农历二月二到三月三，河南淮阳县都会举行大规模的朝祖进香的祭祀活动。大一的时候和几个同学去庙会游玩，被盛大的场面深深地震慑到。在逛庙会的时候第一次见到泥泥狗，很是好奇，就买了几个，价格便宜，造型奇特而又可爱，吹之清脆响亮动听，平生头一次对这种小玩意儿产生兴趣。回学校后在网上了解到泥泥狗手艺的历史很是悠久，但是现在做泥泥狗的手艺人越来越少了，甚是惋惜。
这次毕业设计的机会，有幸和几个同学一起做泥泥狗的纪录片，满是兴奋的提出要做剧组的统筹，积极参与完成作品的每一步。我们的作品旨在以纪录片的方式呈现泥泥狗的制作过程，通过戏剧影视文学专业的专业技术素养及团队的合作，采访泥泥狗手艺人，探索这一民间传统手艺的生存现状，最后引发人们对泥泥狗的传承问题的思考。
前期准备
在确定做毕业设计之后，有幸和四个同学很快的组好了队，起名叫“不靠谱剧组”，决心以此剧组名字来激励大家的斗志，以便顺利按时完成各环节的工作。“不靠谱剧组”开第一次会议确定设计的主题时，从青春励志片到校园爱情剧，我们探讨了很多，不愿意落入俗套谈青春，又要迫于现实情况不能设计特别复杂的拍摄环节，后来我们想到做毕业设计期间恰好是淮阳庙会时期，便一拍即合决定以泥泥狗为主题，并以纪录片的形式来呈现，既有文化意义又有地域优势，天时地利人和，就差行动了。当时商讨出本纪录片的三种方案：一是全程用同期声，只加字幕，不添加旁白；二是大部分用解说词进行旁白，部分使用同期声；三是有个人一直在其中，像记者一样采访但不介入的拍摄真实情况。最后经过认真的商量，迫于各种不可控因素，决定使用第二种方案。
