摘 要：淮河是中国七大河之一，拥有悠久的历史文化底蕴，在千年的历史发展中，淮河孕育出了丰富的淮河文化，淮河流域历史文化资源深厚，物质与非物质文化资源呈现出多样性。在国家高度重视文化产业发展的背景下，江苏省、安徽、河南三省联合提出淮河生态经济走廊构建的战略构思，将淮河打造成“一带三核多节点”的空间开发格局。本文主要以江苏省淮河文化产业带的构建为研究对象，从文化保护与传承、文化创意产业发展以及文化产业带等方面进行论述，阐述淮河生态经济走廊对推动江苏淮河文化产业带发展的前景。80021

Abstract： The Huaihe River is one of the seven major rivers in China,which has a long history and culture。in the history of the development of thousands of years, Huaihe River bred the rich culture of the Huaihe River, Huaihe River Basin rich historical and cultural resources, resources of material and immaterial culture shows persity。 Pay more attention to the background of the development of cultural industry in the country, Jiangsu, Anhui and Henan provinces jointly proposed strategic conception of constructing ecological economic corridor in the Huaihe River, the Huaihe River to fight the three core area of a multi node spatial development pattern。 This paper mainly researches Jiangsu Province cultural industry belt construction of Huaihe River, which carries on the elaboration from the protection , preservation of cultural heritage , the development of cultural and creative industries and cultural industrial belt aspects, for expounding the Huaihe River Ecological Economic Corridor to promote Jiangsu Huaihe culture industry development prospects。
