摘要焊接技术作为制造业中常用的连接方法,已被广泛应用于造船、航天、桥梁、建 筑、汽车以及海洋钻探等众多工业领域,为促进工业经济的快速发展做出了重要贡献。 随着经济建设和科技创新蓬勃发展,焊接技术将长期扮演非常重要的角色。而缆式焊 丝是焊接自动化、机械化的创新型焊接方法,对焊接技术的发展具有深远意义。
本文以Φ3。6mm 药芯缆式焊丝气保焊和Φ1。2mm 药芯单丝气保焊对比分析,利用 高速摄影分别拍摄两种焊丝在不同焊接参数下的电弧形态和熔滴下落轨迹,并着重对 缆式焊丝电弧旋转特性进行分析。从电弧形态和熔滴下落轨迹两个不同角度来证明电 弧的旋转,又由于电弧形态决定了熔滴的受力,而熔滴过渡方式与熔滴受力有关,发 现了熔滴过渡与电弧形态的相关性。此外,还对电弧旋转力的形成原因及影响因素进 行了分析。80633
分析表明:缆式焊丝的阳极区由 7 根单丝端部的小阳极区组成,外围丝位置的变 化带动阳极区旋转,并进一步带动电弧弧柱区以及阴极区旋转;缆式焊丝气保焊熔滴 下落的轨迹是在电弧旋转力的作用下偏离轴线方向,并且通过对电弧旋转力产生原因 和影响因素分析,发现力的大小与送丝速度的平方和距离焊丝中心的长度成正比。同 时,在分析电弧形态时发现,缆式焊丝气保焊电弧呈现半钟罩状半锥状的形态。
