摘要通过前期调查可知节能建筑设计,提高建筑中能源的使用效率是现阶段我国建筑节能的重要任务。本文首先通过学习导师提供的资料和自己网上搜集的相关文献资料,从目前国内外的实际研究情况入手,先对当前国内外的一些高新节能技术措施做了介绍与分析;其次分析了我国近几年的能源消耗情况、相关对策、此次小区建筑节能设计的目标;接着对目前所了解到的墙体及围护结构的保温、采暖系统的节能、节能型空调系统、可再生能源(太阳能)利用技术等方面进行了初步地研究与分析,指出了各类技术中目前较为实用,且优势较大的相关技术,并从成本、目前实际的采用情况等方面进行考虑,为本次设计确定了大致的研究方向;最后以上海某别墅小区中的独栋别墅为例,进行了相关计算与分析,确定了该小区别墅外墙采用自保温系统,主砖采用空心砖建造;空调系统采用地源热泵空调系统夏季空调风机制冷,冬季地板辐射采暖;使用太阳能平板集热器作为辅助热源设备制备生活热水,并为冬季采暖提供辅助能源。在论文的最后部分对前文进行了总结,为整个小区内的别墅提供了一个可以通用的节能设计思路,也为以后的建筑节能设计提出了一些建议。83994

ABSTRACT

Through the preliminary investigation, it can be known that energy-saving building design, improve the efficiency of energy use in the building is an important task of building energy saving in China at present stage。 Firstly, through the relevant literature learning mentors provide information and their online collection, starting from the actual research situation at home and abroad, some high-tech energy-saving technical measures of at home and abroad are introduced and analyzed; then analyzes the situation and relevant countermeasures, the residential building energy efficiency design goal of consumption in recent years energy in China; then the current understanding to the wall and building envelope insulation, heating system, energy saving, energy-saving air-conditioning system, renewable energy (solar) use of technology and other aspects of the preliminary research and analysis, pointed out that all kinds of technology in a more practical, and more advantages and related technology。 Considering the cost, the actual using situation, to determine the general direction of the research for this design; finally a villa in Shanghai Single family villa, for example, related calculation and analysis, identified the cell wall outside the villa by self thermal insulation system, the main brick using hollow brick building; air conditioning system using ground source heat pump air conditioning system in summer air conditioning machine cooling and winter radiant floor heating; use of flat plate solar collector as the auxiliary heat source equipment system by hot water, and provide auxiliary energy for heating in winter。 In the last part of the paper, a summary of the previous paper, for the entire community to provide a villa can be a common energy-saving design ideas, but also for the future of the building energy saving design of a number of recommendations。
