Abstract As the novella masterpiece of Earnest Hemingway, who is one of  the greatest master of American modern literature, The Snows of Kilimanjaro is a classic work of modernist novels due to its vivid and exquisite characters, intricate plots, and well-developed theme。 It manifests people’s puzzle over humanity, resistance to destiny and self-redemption from a unique perspective, reminding people of a distinctive and strong self-awareness and self-reflection。86415

Centering on the theme of "Death", the novel is devoted to description of the protagonist－Harry's stream of conciousness and Harry's changes of emotions。 Influenced by Sigmund Freud's psychological theories on psychology structure and personality structure, Hemingway spares no efforts in highlighting Harry's conflicts among  consciousness, pre-consciousness and sub-consciousness, so as to interpret people's befunddlement at that times。 Meanwhile, by virtue of Harry's psychological changes of emotion, Hemingway guides people to strike a balance among id, ego and super-ego, and eventually obtain self-salvation。 Therefore, the psycho-analysis of Harry's threefold consciousness and threefold personality not only provide a completely new perspective for the study of Heimingway and his works, but also it can inspire people to reflect on the significance of life。

《乞力马扎罗的雪》中哈里的精神分析

摘  要《乞力马扎罗的雪》是美国现代文学巨匠海明威创作中期阶段的中篇小说代表作，其以鲜活细腻的人物塑造、曲折跌宕的情节设定、以及醇厚深刻的主题释放而成为现代zhuyi小说群落之中的经典。该作以独特视角呈现了二战爆发前夕背景之下的人性困惑、宿命抗争以及自我救赎，具备鲜明浓郁的自我警醒思考格调。

小说围绕着“死亡”主题，以大篇幅描写了主人公哈里的意识流活动，反映人物内心的精神情绪变化历程。受弗洛伊德精神分析关于意识和人格理论的影响，海明威在作品中极力凸现主人公哈里的意识、前意识和无意识的冲突，从而反映出当代人的迷惘；同时，通过哈里的心理变化历程指引人们寻求自我、本我和超我的平衡，从而实现自我的精神救赎。因此，对哈里的三重意识和三重人格的精神剖析不仅为研究海明威及其作品提供了新的视角，而且能够启发人们去反思人生的生命价值和意义。
