摘要《圣经》是人类历史上流传最为广泛的一部书籍，而“新约”部分记录了耶稣的生平和教诲，对初读《圣经》者尤为重要。它的影响力远远超出了犹太教及基督教的范围之内，因此，圣经的翻译活动也广为兴盛，对世界文学和语言的发展影响深远。在与中国文化的长期碰撞交流与融合中，出现了多种不同版本的汉译《圣经》。学界对其中承载着重要信息的专有名词的翻译标准也各持己见。笔者认为，宗教典籍的翻译同样也属于一种跨文化交际活动，需要顺应目的语言所存在的文化语境。因此，本文以Jef Verschueren的语境顺应理论（Linguistic Adaptation Theory）为基础，从语境关联成分、动态性和意识突显性三个方面分析评价《圣经·新约》和合本中专有名词的翻译。研究发现，在中国文化背景下的圣经翻译与中国既有传统文化有密不可分的关系，圣经在中国传播不能脱离中国主体文化而独立发展，只有顺应中国本土文化才能达到其传教目的。本研究旨在帮助非基督徒对《圣经》中的专有名词概念有更好的理解，同时也为《圣经》翻译研究开拓新视角。87831

Title       A Study on Chinese Translation of Proper Nouns in the New Testament of Bible             

Abstract Bible is one of the most widely spread book in the world, the New Testament of it, recording the life and gospels of Jesus Christ, has great significance for the new readers of the Bible。 Because of its far-reaching impact, which has reached out of Judaism and Christianity, the activities of translating the Bible also popular all over the world。 These translation activities have done great contributions to the development of literature and language in the world。 Having undergone twists and bounds, the communication between Christianity and Chinese culture makes profound development, and there are many translated version in Chinese。 Scholars hold different opinions on the standards in translating the proper nouns in the Bible。 The author believe that the translation of religious scriptures is an activity of intercultural communication, so it need to meet the cognitive language environment of the target readers to achieve communicative purpose。 This thesis will analyze the translation strategies of proper nouns in the New Testament of Bible from three aspects based on Linguistic Adaption Theory proposed by Jef Verschueren。 The conclusion of the thesis is that Bible translation can’t be separated with Chinese traditional culture。 Only through this way can it achieve the missionary purpose。 This thesis aims at dismissing some misunderstandings of none-believers towards some key proper nouns in New Testament, and attempts to offer new perspectives for Bible translation。
