The thesis consists of five parts。 Chapter one introduces the purpose, research method, significance of this study and the structure of the paper。 Chapter two is literature review, including the studies on the New Year’s Sacrifice, researches of the feminist translation theory。 Chapter three mainly discuss the feminist translator’s subjectivity and three translation strategies in the feminist translation theory。 This part also explores the feminist features in the New Year’s Sacrifice。 Chapter four analyzed the Yang’s version from the perspective of the feminist translation theory。 Chapter five is a conclusion of this thesis。 This part summarizes the findings of this study and also point out the limitations and gives some suggestions for the further study。
