With the reform of new curriculum, more emphases are put on inpidual development, the change of curriculum construction and the realization of three level curriculum system, all of these have posed new and great challenges to teachers。 New curriculum requires educators not only to update their teaching ideas, but also to transform their roles。 The transformation of teachers’ roles lies in : knowledge providers to learning promoters, to realize this, teachers are supposed to be research-oriented and try hard to develop curriculum that suit students’ actual situation。 Under such background, various teaching reforms spread like a storm, among which, collective lesson preparation has attracted the greatest attention。 In comparison with traditional lesson preparation, collective lesson preparation favors the cooperation between teachers, exploration being its main method, it aims at overcoming the setbacks of inpidual lesson preparation and realizing the share and integration of teaching resources。 All in all, collective lesson preparation has become an important platform for carrying forward new curriculum reform and it also helps teachers confront and cope with new problems aroused from the reform together。 However, many problems arise, such as the inaction of some teachers; lack of management; more focus on forms than contents and so on。 All these problems contribute to the failure of collective lesson preparation to give play to collective wisdom, let alone, improving teaching efficiency。 The main part of collective lesson preparation should be teachers, so it is necessary to pay attention to their needs。 Only when teachers’ needs are to be satisfied, can collective lesson preparation fulfill its mission。 So a research whose focus on the problems and solutions of collective lesson preparation from the perspective of teachers’ needs is urgently needed and that’s why this thesis is written。
