    1 Introduction
    Dr. Spencer Johnson (1998), an American author, who is one of the world’s most influential thinkers and beloved authors. Spencer Johnson is born in Mitchell, South Dakota. Spencer Johnson is famous for his brief, profound parables that help millions of people manage in changing times and rejuvenate their spirits. His works are regarded as job guidelines and training tools widely used in world’s top enterprise and renowned organization. Much of his work has become a culture phenomenon, which profoundly change people’s life. Spencer Johnson came up with the first story from his famous work: Who Moved My Cheese?. It has remained on the New York Times Bestseller list for almost five years and has remained over 200 weeks on the Publishers Weekly Hardcover nonfiction list. It has sold more than 26 million copies worldwide and remains one of the best-selling business books. His works, which have been translated into over twenty-six languages, have enlightened millions of people all over the world. Spencer Johnson co-authored the One Minute Manager series of books with management writer Ken Blanchard. Spencer Johnson(1998) also wrote the book “Yes” or “No”: The Guide to Better Decisions(1992), which has been translated into a number of languages including Spanish, Korean and German. The Present: The Gift That Makes You Happy and Successful at Work and In Life. Peaks And Valleys is his latest book. Spenser Johnson is referred to as “The King of Parables” by USA Today.  
    Who Moved My Cheese? is an amusing and enlightening story of four characters who live in a maze and look for cheese to nourish them and make them happy. Cheese is a metaphor for what you want to have in life——whether it is a good job, a loving relationship, money or a possession, health or spiritual peace of mind. And the maze is where you look for what you want——the organization you work in, or the family or community you live in (Spencer Johnson,1999:6). These profound books from the bestselling author, Spencer Johnson, will tell people how to anticipate change, adapt to change quickly, enjoy change and be ready for quick changes again and again all one’s life, as only change remains never changed.
