    摘 要 2001年我国开始实行新一轮基础教育课程改革,并制定了《小学英语课程标准》,它要求小学英语课程教学评价要以培养学生的综合语言运用能力为出发点,立足于学生学习的过程,进而促进学生各方面能力的发展。本文论述了我国小学英语教学评价的现状,指出存在的问题,进而提出了实施评价的策略与方法,希望这些方法能够有效地帮助小学英语教师对学生进行教学评价,并使教师对自己的教学行为进行反思与适当调整,最终促进学生的全面发展。40505

    Abstract Since 2001, China has begun to implement the new English Curriculum Standard in Primary School, which aims at developing students’ comprehensive ability of using the language. The standard also emphasizes the evaluation should focus on the process of students’ learning so that it can promote students’ different abilities. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation and existing problems. Then it gives some valuable suggestions, which can help teachers carry on the evaluation efficiently, make teachers reflect on their teaching behaviors and then adjust them accordingly. And the most important thing is to stimulate students’ overall development.

    I. Introduction

        In order to adapt to the need of the improvement of the national comprehensive quality, China began to implement the new curriculum reform in 2001. Teaching evaluation, which is an indispensable part, plays an oriented incentive regulatory role in language teaching. Evaluation can promote students’ comprehensive language ability and the development of healthy personality, promote teachers to improve the level of education teaching, promote the continuous development and improvement of English course (Chen 72). Therefore, the quality of the classroom teaching evaluation can not deviate from the evaluation. It has played an important role. As the early stage of English learning, English in primary school has an important influence on the later English learning and studying. The study of English in primary school has brought into attention from all walks of life. And English teaching evaluation in primary school is also indispensable for English teachers and students. In this paper, it will discuss the strategies and methods of English teaching evaluation in primary school.
