1。1 Background of dialogue teaching in primary English teaching
The primary school English curriculum standard clearly points out that the main purpose of primary school English teaching is to enable students to obtain the initial use of English communicative ability。 Currently, in the use of PEP primary English teaching materials, situational dialogues and discourse reading occupy a large proportion of the content。 The conversation is mainly about the children’s life, like saying hello, asking for directions, shopping, materials for language learning, so as to cultivate the children’s communicative competence。 Therefore, dialogue teaching in the entire course of study is particularly notable。文献综述
1。2 Purpose and significance
Broadly speaking, art teaching includes all aspects of teaching, such as, preparing for lesson, lectures, exercises, language, blackboard writing, teaching attitudes, action, manner, the form of organization, music and so on。 In the process of teaching, English teachers should pay attention to and strive to change students from passive learning into active learning。 According to the student’s mentality, physiological characteristics and development needs in primary English teaching, the main purpose of dialogue English teaching is to stimulate students’ interest in learning English, so that they initially establish self-confidence in learning English。 It is significant to cultivate students’ sense of language and good pronunciation, and to develop the ability of daily communication in English。 Therefore, the art of English dialogue teaching is an important part in primary English teaching。

2。1 Definition of dialogue teaching 文献综述
In the West, the publication of Pedagogy of the Oppressed has aroused great concern。 Education scholar Nicholas C。 Marbles and Bertram C。 Bruce Beth Naples from University of Illinois summed up the western dialogue teaching rational tradition on the basis of teaching。 They have given a definition of dialogue in teaching “Dialogue is a kind of teaching relationship, which is characterized by the continuous topics of the participants and combined with rethinking and interaction。” (Burbules, N。C&Bruce, B。C, 2001, p1112~1113) Jin Yule points in Dialogue Teaching that dialogue is an activity of communication and creation of knowledge。 (Jin Yuele, 2006, p4) Through dialogue practice, the two kinds of roles of the “student’s teacher”and the “teacher’s student” are no longer existing。 (Freire。P, 1993, p80~88) Gardiner think that dialogue is a practice between the two parties to participate in it and in order to get a truth。 (Jin Yule, 2006, p3)
