1 Introduction

Considering the college entrance examination in China, many teachers will put the spoken English aside, aiming to highlight the students' ability to taking examinations。 Some teachers believe that oral training is a waste of time and there is no direct impact on students' performance in the test because students still can pass the simple oral test without any training。 Although the scores of the high school entrance examination include the scores of oral English test, the examination content is so simple that the general students can pass the exam。 Therefore, teachers and students ignore the importance of oral English teaching and as a result, the English that students have learned becomes “dumb English”。 Many students have no chance to experience systematic oral training。 They are afraid of opening mouth, are afraid of making mistakes and are more afraid of other people's ridicule。 These psychological problems make students extremely nervous in the oral expression。 Oral English training obviously requires certain language environment but students oral English learning always are limited in the classroom。 There is little English learning environment in our society, which requires teachers to create an open and free English learning atmosphere and place students in a communication context needed to speak English to cultivate students oral English ability。文献综述

As a subcategory of communicative language, Task-based language teaching are popular among educators。 About adopting Task-based language, educators have their own explanation。 Some believe that Task-based language Learning Approach makes the students' oral English fluent, accurate and appropriate。 Others think that students can make good use of their ability according to the Second Language Acquisition Theory。 As a whole, students can improve English speaking and listening ability。

Based on the present situation of oral English teaching in junior middle school, the paper desires to apply TBLT to oral English teaching in junior middle school to test whether TBLT can effectively advance students' oral English ability and also offers a reference for the wide-range applications of TBLT。 

2 Theoretical Basis of Task—Based Language Teaching and Learning
