摘 要:本文立足于实践调查,以江苏省淮安市涟水县部分农村学校为调查对象,主要采用问卷调查法(包括:抽样法、访谈法)等音乐教育常用科学研究方法,对该地区镇以下农村音乐教育现状进行调查。在音乐教育改革当中,农村中小学音乐得到了国家的重视和发展,农村学校具备了钢琴、音乐教室等基础设施。我们都以为农村中小学音乐教育得到了很好的发展,但是农村音乐教育状况依然没有发生较大的改观、音乐硬件设施没有被很好的利用起来,专职音乐教师较少。农村中小学音乐教育发展停滞不前,音乐教育观念还极其落后,音乐教育新课标无法得到有效的贯彻和执行,与理想的音乐教育状态还相差很远。因此,我们应该意识到农村音乐教育发展的不理想,加大对农村音乐教育的实施与监督,力求农村基础音乐教育逐步得到实施与加强,力求农村音乐教育得到健康全面的发展。85938

Abstract: This paper is based on the practical investigation, takes some rural school in Lianshui Conty, Huaian, Jiangsu Province as the respondents。 By means of scientific investigation methods that are commonly used in musical education like questionnaire (including sampling method and interviewing method), the current situation of musical education in the rural schools in that area is studied。 Under the reform of musical education, musical education in rural primary and secondary schools attracts the attention of the national government and enjoys rapid development, consequently, they are equipped with basic facilities including piano and music classroom。 So it is believed that musical education in rural primary and secondary schools have better development。 However, the conditions of musical education in rural primary and secondary schools have no improvement at all for music hardware facilities fail to be taken full advantage and there is relatively less professional teachers。 What’s worse, musical education in rural primary and secondary schools have lagged development with outdated musical education concept。 Additionally, it is impossible to carry out and execute the new curriculum for musical education effectively。 All these are far from ideal musical education condition。 Hence, we should be aware of such imperfect condition, enhance implementation and supervision on rural musical education, and strive to improve the fundamental musical education in rural area, making rural musical education have comprehensive and sound development。
