Abstract: Dancing is through body language to express feelings to the audience, the audience is watching the dance to have emotional expression, infected by dance emotional and aesthetic enjoyment. To achieve this effect, requires that the performer has strong expressive dance. Because too much attention to dance in the dance of teaching techniques, skills training, and neglect the cultivation of student's dance performance in the process of teaching. So, aiming at the existing deficiency of cultivating students' dance performance, based on the uygur dance \"western amorous feelings\" as an example, through the improvement of the curriculum system, teaching guidance of teacher talk, the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality, cultivating students dance expressive method, causes the student to dance performance is further improved.

浅谈教学中舞蹈表现力的培养——以文族舞蹈《西域风情》为例
舞蹈可以表达内心世界，抒发自身的情感，表现人的生活与精神文化，是人们最为关注与喜爱艺术形式之一。一部成功的舞蹈作品离不开舞蹈的表现力与感染力，想要让舞蹈能够感染到其他人必须要提升舞蹈表现力与感染力。文章对于舞蹈表现力进行了综合性阐述，并对舞蹈教学中培养学生舞蹈表现力方法进行了研究说明。
一、舞蹈表现力的认识
（一）舞蹈表现力的含义
舞蹈表现力是舞蹈表演者在表现舞蹈作品时，通过音乐节奏与舞蹈动作，舞者的内心情感融合在一起，将一部舞蹈的思想内涵以及精神内涵，通过外部的舞蹈动作形成舞蹈表演，舞蹈表现力就是将舞蹈的内涵进行突出表现，达到感染人的效果2。
舞蹈的表现力里面既包含有情感因素，也有舞姿舞态的外部形象动作。这是对于一个舞者来说是至关重要的，缺乏舞蹈表现力的舞蹈不是好舞蹈，不具有舞蹈表现力的舞者不是好舞者。只有将内在因素与外部形态相结合，才能够展现出一个舞蹈表演者的专业水平。
