摘要:  药店和人们的日常生活关系十分密切，药店内部的有序管理也日益重要。本文按照药店运营的基本流程，遵循结构化方法和系统开发生命周期，设计并实现了通用的药店管理系统。该系统采用了B/S模式,以C#语言和SQL Server 2008开发而成。文中依次论述了系统的研究背景与现状，项目开发的流程，对系统进行了需求、设计、实现与运行等方面内容的说明。本系统分为医生、药房人员、管理员三个用户角色。医生实现了当前库存信息查询、处方添加及管理、处方退药及管理等模块功能，药房人员实现了采购信息管理、入库信息管理、出库信息管理等模块功能，管理员实现了基础资料管理、药品信息管理及信息统计管理等模块功能。92472

Abstract: The pharmacies are closely related to people’s daily life, and the orderly internal management is becoming increasingly important。 This paper in accordance with the basic process of pharmacy operations is designed to follow the structured method and system development life cycle method。 The system is based on browser / server mode and implemented by C# language, the back-end database selects SQL Server 2008。 This paper, according to the research background, the current situation and the development process of the system, will discuss the requirements, design, implementation and operation of the system。 This system has three user roles, doctors, pharmacy personnel and administrators。 The doctors realize the current inventory information query, prescription addition and management, prescription drug withdrawal and management and other function modules, the main modules of which the pharmacy personnel realized are the purchasing information management, warehousing and outbound information management, the administrators achieve the basic information management, drug information management , information statistic management and other function modules。

长期以来，医药行业中的物流管理及相应财务，信息处理一直采用手工操作，但随着产业结构调整和全新的市场竞争环境，企业管理和运营的效率已成为企业成败的关键。根据最近调查，中国药品流通行业销售的总营业额超万亿元，药品零售市场超千亿元，目前全国线下药店总量超40万家，药品零售市场愈加白热化的竞争，使得手工操作的弊端愈加暴露，不仅耗费人力物力，还容易出现错误，传统药店必须提高其专业化水平。这就要求医药管理必须摆脱人工操作的繁琐，不仅要满足药店经营的各项需求，还能从各个环节对人员、资金、信息等进行统一管理。
