摘要小学是孩子们智力发育与心理成长的初级阶段,也是充满想象力和童真童趣的黄金时期,蕴藏着无限开发的潜能。在小学,美术教师则承担了启迪孩子们从美的角度去认识世界和改造世界的重要责任,是打开学生巨大潜能之库的一把钥匙,所以小学美术教师对于学生的心智成长起着举足轻重的作用。41215
拥有良好的专业素养是成为一名优秀教师的前提,对于一名优秀的小学美术教师而言更是不可或缺的,它势必影响着教育教学的质量,影响着学生们的全面发展。一名优秀的小学美术教师应具备哪些良好的专业素养,又应该如何提高小学美术教师的专业素养来应对当下美术教育的改革与发展等这些问题都值得进行思索与探究。这篇论文针对当下国内小学美术教师的专业素养现状与出现的问题进行了探究,并提出了提高小学美术教师专业素养的具体方法与措施,从而推动我国小学美术教育更好地发展。

How to improve the professional quality of art teachers in primary school
Abstract Primary school is the initial stage of children intelligence development and psychological growth, is full of imagination and childlike innocence of the golden age, contains infinite development potential. In primary schools, teachers of fine arts is assumed inspired the kids from the perspective of the United States to know and transform the world's important responsibility is a key to open the library of the enormous potential of the students, so primary school art teacher for students' mental development plays a pivotal role.
Have good professional quality is a prerequisite for a good teacher, for a good elementary school fine arts teacher is indispensable, it is bound to affect the quality of education and teaching, affecting the overall development of students. An excellent primary school art teachers should have what good professional quality, and how to improve the professional quality of primary school art teacher to deal with contemporary art education reform and development. These problems are worth thinking and explore. This thesis studies the current situation and problems of the professional quality of primary school teachers in China, and puts forward some concrete methods and measures to promote the development of art education in primary schools in China.

一 小学美术教师专业素养现状
为了为以后的职业生涯奠定坚实的的基础,在本科四年期间,我在课外积极参与美术教师的兼职工作,尤其在大三大四期间,我曾去徐州市张寨中心小学和扬州市东花园小学进行了总共为期一个多月的实习工作。在兼职与实习的过程中,我积极向其他老师学习并踊跃实践,受益良多。但同时我也带着问题在思索,即小学美术教师的专业素养如何提高的问题,这一问题的提出并不是偶然,我在大学前三年的兼职工作中就已发现,许多美术教师的专业素养仍有待提高。美术教师专业素养应是美术教师从事美术教育、教学工作的素质和修养,是指经过系统的师范教育,并在长期的美术教育实践过程中发展而成的具有指向性、特定性和不可替代性的素养,突出美术教师这一职业的标志性与独特性[1]。小学美术教师的专业素养具体而言是美术教师在小学美术教育教学活动中所形成的满足职业需要的知识素养、专业技能、态度与观念、教学能力与方法等等。
