    摘要:本课题结合上海市金桥经济技术开发区中的一个5000平米厂房绿色屋顶的设计,应用生态型容器绿化系统,探索不同的空间类型和对应的设计方法。在总结类型和对应方法的同时,可以普及到其他的园区厂房的屋顶绿化。对生态型容器绿化系统及地面覆盖技术进行成果转化并运用到金桥园区生态持续推进当中,对产品进行改进、完善和提升,形成新的技术与产品,形成厂区屋顶花园示范、硬质绿化示范以及墙面和立体绿化示范等多种形式的创新绿化模式。通过技术手段解决屋顶绿化结构承重及防止渗水的技术问题,将平面绿化层次化、立体化,释放更多土地资源,并达到提升生态工业园土地集约利用、能源集约利用、水资源集约利用和大气污染控制能力的目的,提升大众对生态工业园区的满意度,顺应园区“腾笼换鸟”的理念,契合“低碳环保”理念,吸引更多注重园区生态理念和品质的企业进驻,从而产生巨大的环境效益、社会效益和经济效应。除了需考虑屋顶绿化的生态功能外,还可以考虑为工厂员工的休闲需求,提供适宜的休憩场所,这不仅美化了工作环境,提升公司品牌品质,同时还能提升城市界面的整体形象。工厂绿色屋顶的生态规划设计研究是一个并不新颖的课题,但装配型的设计与实施系统化,程序化,快速化,高效化,为厂房绿色屋顶设计提供了更多的创意与可能。46897

    A design of the assembly green landscape on the roof of factory building

    Abstract: The paper will make a case study on the design of a design of the assembly green landscape on the roof of factory building which occupies 5000 square meters in Jinqiao economic and technical development zone, Shanghai city. The design uses the ecological container greening system and explores the different design of different space type. The paper will conclude all types and the corresponding methods. Meanwhile, the paper will also spread the relevant ideas to the roof greening of other types of buildings and transform the achievements of ecological container greening system and ground covering technology and apply these into the continuous improvement of ecological development. The paper will also improve the products to form the roof garden examples, hard ground greening, wall greening, vertical planting greening examples and other forms of greening.

    The design will also solve technical problems of structural bearing and water leakage. To make the greening hierarchical and dimensional can release more lands which can reach the goals of intensively utilization eco-industrial parks land, resources and water, improve the ability to control air pollution, increase people’s satisfaction about the industrial park, realize the idea of  low carbon and attract more enterprises to set their workshop in the industrial park. By doing these, we will produce huge environmental profits, social profits and economy profits. Besides, we can take factory worker’s entertainment needs into consideration and provide restroom. This can not only improve the working environment, but also improve the reputation of brands and the overall image of the city. The studies on the design of the assembly green landscape on the roof of factory building are not very new. But the assembly design and its systematical, programming and high-efficiency features provide more possibilities for the design of the assembly green landscape on the roof of factory building.
