摘要随着知识经济时代的到来,人才重要性日益凸显,企业之间的竞争逐渐发展成人才的竞争。从本质上讲,人才的竞争就是人力资本的竞争。然而,人们却一直没有给与其足够的重视,缺乏对人力资本专用性的认识,忽视了人力资本专用性对企业发展的价值,因而忽视了对专用型人力资本所有者——关键员工的培训和管理。最后导致企业的关键员工大量流失,企业效益严重亏损。本文通过全面系统的收集国内外有关人力资本专用性理论问题,特别是针对人力资本专用性带来的关键有关管理问题研究的资料,对人力资本专用性的概念、形成因素、在人力资源管理中的影响作用等的了解和研究,结合案例分析,进而对企业内的具有人力资本专用性的关键员工管理有更深一步的研究和看法。65182

Title Human capital specificity and key staff management
Abstract
With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the importance of talents growing, the competition between enterprises gradually developed into the talent competition. Essentially, the talent competition is competition for human capital. However, it has been not given enough attention to their lack of specificity for the understanding of human capital, ignoring the specificity of human capital value of the development of enterprises, and thus ignored the specific type of human capital owner - key staff training and management. Eventually lead to a huge loss of key employees of enterprises, and enterprises serious losses. In this paper, a comprehensive system of collection of domestic and foreign special theory of human capital, especially human capital specificity brought against the key management issues relevant research information on the specific nature of the concept of human capital, the formation factor in human resource management the impact of the role of knowledge and research, combined with case studies, and thus on human capital within the enterprise has dedicated staff management are the key to deeper research and views.
