中小户型家居空间拓展的探究——以宿迁“千秋时代新城”为例摘要随着未来土地资源的紧缺，加之楼市房价的逐年攀升，住宅的紧张，使得经济适用的中小户型逐渐成为选房上的主流倾向。人们开始对住宅的设计和功能的要求不断提高。本选题针对中小户型存在的空间利用、活动空间、使用功能不足等设计不合理的问题，提出中小户型家居拓展的重要性与必然性。通过对影响空间拓展的一些因素与方式进行了分析，指出了空间拓展的设计方法。通过对宿迁“千秋时代新城”中小户型的空间划分、材质、灯光、色彩等设计手法的应用，提升中小户型住宅居住者的生活品质，创造出舒适、趣味、人性化、拓展性的居住空间。73435

The explore of developing small and medium-sized family household space- in suqian "century era of new city", for example

Abstract As future shortage of land resources and housing prices rising year by year, housing tension, economy applicable for small and medium-sized family gradually become a mainstream tendency of the selected room。 People started to the requirement of increasing the design and function of the residence。 This paper aiming at the existence of small and medium-sized family space utilization, activity space, use a function deficit problem of unreasonable design, expand the importance and necessity of small and medium-sized family household is put forward。 Through some of the factors to affect the space to expand and mode are analyzed, and pointed out the design method of space to expand。 Through suqian "century era of new city" of small and medium-sized family space pision, material quality, the application of the design methods such as light, color, improve the quality of the life of the residents of small and medium-sized family residence, and create a comfortable, fun, humanity, expanding living space。

一  中小户型家居空间利用存在的问题及解决方法

随着中小户型和二胎政策的相继出台，中小户型逐渐成为市场的主流，但是中小户型住宅常常受到公摊面积的限制，致使中小户型住宅的空间利用存在许多问题。本章将针对空间里存在着的空间利用、活动空间、使用功能不足等问题进行分析，并提出中小户型空间存在问题的解决方案。基于这些问题，由此可见空间拓展性的设计在中小户型住宅空间中的重要性。
