摘 要: 本次平面规划改造，是原宾馆改造的概念性设计，模拟地址为淮安市某区域，此宾馆定义为通过出售客房、餐饮及综合服务的商业机构。以船和马为特色主题，打造一个具有淮安地方特色不同以往的主题宾馆。宾馆名定为南船北马，既有淮安特色，又要让来自不同城市的人都能接纳的国际型宾馆。此宾馆为上下3层，公共服务区域大致分为宾馆大厅，全日制餐厅，健身区，客房区以及宾馆内部人员办公区。此外还加入了具有淮安自身特色的观赏区，让来住宿的旅客感受到全方位的贴心服务。此外，这个概念性宾馆的最大特点就是所有得空间都是相对可独立的部分，宾馆附属的全日制餐厅和健身区也可以对同样对外开放，增加其商业价值和消费人群。南船北马，梦回江淮。大家来这方寸之地，不论是为了吃饭，还是健身，还是住宿而聚在一起，一起享受这江淮之美。75834

Abstract:The plane planning reform is a conceptual design in the reconstruction of the original hotel,Analog address for huaian so-and-so area,This wine area defined by the sale of guest room, dining and comprehensive service businesses。Which are characterized by ship and horse theme, create a diffcult with local characteristics of different theme hotel。Hotel name as the south north ship horses, as well as featuring the huaian and let people from different cities can accept international hotel。This hotel for three layers from top to bottom, the public service area is roughly pided into the hotel lobby, full-time restaurants, gyms, internal personnel office and hotel guest room area。 Also joined the viewing area with the characteristic of huaian itself, let the guests to feel a full range of intimate services。 In addition, the biggest characteristic of this conceptual hotel is to have all the space is relatively independent part。Hotel of full-time restaurant and fitness area can also be of the same opening to the outside world, to increase its business value and consumer groups。South to north ship horse, becomes jianghuai。 Everyone here to the ground of heart, whether to have a meal, or exercise, or accommodation and get together and enjoy the beauty of the jianghuai。

1  前言

本次毕业设计是带有自身地域特点的宾馆的概念性设计，让无论是来旅游还是来工作的旅客身在宾馆中就能感受到属于淮安这个城市的独特魅力，由于淮安这个城市地理位置的独特性，所以它也有其出众的历史文化，在古代作为交通枢纽的淮安，以及淮安这个城市本身自带的美食文化将其考虑到设计中，对于传播淮安本土文化，以及带来的经济价值不容小觑。 (如图1所示)
