摘要中国文化源远流长，而汉字就是其中最为集中的一个体现。汉字一直是中华民族传统文化精神的载体。而在多元文化相互碰撞相互并存的的今天，中国汉字设计正在遭受外来文化的冲击。在这种背景下，我们可以结合中国传统文化，运用一个全新的角度和高度，使现代汉字设计作品既能够包含传统文化韵味又能够具有时代精神与风貌，美感和内涵并存，使传统文化得以更好地传承。

在选择汉字进行再设计时，本次课题采用了姓氏。第一，是因为中国的姓氏文化源远流长，不管哪一种姓氏都包含其独特的、丰富的文化内涵。第二，设计出来的新字体与观者存在亲近感，观者也会对新字体产生浓厚的兴趣。82872
