摘要α-羟基磷酸酯是天然氨基酸的重要含磷结构类似物,是继氨基酸、氨基磺酸后在生物体内发现的第三类氨基酸,由于自然界中氨基膦酸的发现及其广泛的生物活性,引起了人们对这一领域的极大兴趣。α-羟基膦酸酯在治疗天花、高血压、恶性肿瘤及HIV疾病治疗方面的药物合成及新型农药开发方面具有广泛应用和良好前景。24239
二茂铁膦酸类衍生物是指二茂铁环上间接或直接连有膦酸及其酯的化合物。曾经关于这一类化合物的文献很少,这些年随着有机瞵配体和它的配合物的兴起,并且具有二茂铁的膦酸类配体也逐渐使学者们感到兴趣。二茂铁基团由于自身具有芳香性、氧化还原活性、稳定性及低毒性一直受到人们的关注,把它引入有机膦酸及其配合物中同样引起人们的兴趣,有关这方面的报道也开始出现。
本文对α-羟基磷酸酯类化合物、二茂铁进行了详细的介绍。设计合成了十种不同的α-羟基磷酸酯类化合物,将其与二茂铁甲酸进行反应,并对最终产物进行了图谱表征,产率等研究。随着底物的不同,反应条的不同发现可产生不同的副反应产物,甚至同一反应机理下能生成不同官能团的最终产物。结合表征发现该课题仍有继续研究的价值。

The construction of α- hydroxy phosphite ester
Abstract
α- hydroxy phosphite ester is an important phosphorus analogues of natural amino acid. It has been found to be the third kinds of amino acids after amino acid and amino sulfonic acid. The amino phosphonic acid has been found in nature and it has a wide range of biological activities which has already attracted people's attention.α- hydroxy phosphite ester has many kinds of biological activities such as antibacterial, antiviral, anti HIV, inhibitor, it can be the regulator of the plants’ growth and the inhibitor of enzyme, it has a wide application and a good prospect of development of new pesticides and drug synthesis in treating the disease of ceiling, hypertension, malignant tumors and HIV .
The derivatives of ferrocene phosphonic ester is a compound that its ferrocene ring is directly or indirectly connected with phosphonic acid and ester. This kind of compound has rarely reported before, in recent years with the rise of organic phosphonic acidligands and their complexes, phosphonic acid ligands containing ferrocene began to attract the attention of people. Because the ferrocene groups has aromatic, redox activity, stability and has low toxicity, people has paid close attention to it, putting it into the organic phosphonic acid is also attract people, and the report about this aspect has also began to appear.
In this paper, i have introduced the details of the α-hydroxy acid esters and ferrocene. I have also synthesized about ten kinds of α-hydroxy phosphate ester compounds, and then reacted with and the ferrocene acid . The final products were characterized by Infrared Radiation and NMR,i have also research the yield. With the different substrates, different reaction conditions, we found that it can produce different products of side reactions. I can even get two different products with different functional groups in a same reaction mechanism.So i think the research of my subject can be continued in future.
