摘要目的 了解杭州市下城区居民对健康城市建设的满意程度及其影响因素，为提高健康城市建设水平提供依据。 方法 采用分层随机抽样方法，通过对杭州市下城区1500名居住满一年及以上的居民展开问卷调查。 结果 杭州市下城区社区居民对健康城市建设工作总体效果的满意率为64。3%，处于中等偏上水平，其中对城市清洁的满意度最高，满意率为73。1%；对食品安全的满意度最低，满意率为36。9%。影响居民对健康城市建设满意度的主要因素是居民的文化程度和年龄，居民最希望得到改善的内容包括环境质量、社会生活保障、文化休闲三个方面。结论 应全力解决居民在健康城市建设中满意度较低以及迫切需求的问题，从而促进健康城市建设的进一步发展。 89522
