摘 要
目的:对狼毒喷雾剂进行处方优化,制备得到质量较好,性状优良的制剂。方法:选用L9(34)正交设计,选取狼毒及其他提取物百分含量、羧甲基纤维素钠含量和pH三个因素,每个因素根据预实验结果选取三个水平,以其粘度、雾化面积、离心稳定性和抑菌试验结果为考察指标,进行正交试验,建立评分标准。结果:优选处方为:狼毒及其他提取物含量4%、羧甲基纤维素钠0。3%和pH为5。5。制剂的粘度合适,雾化程度较好,离心稳定性实验结果良好,抑菌环平均直径最大。结论:狼毒喷雾剂的制备过程可行,处方优化合理。85171
Abstract
Objective: To optimize the formulation of Langdu spray, and strive to get better quality of the preparation。 Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal design was used to optimize the formulation of Langdu spray。 The percentage of Langdu and other extracts, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and pH were selected as three factors, and each factors form three levels according to the results of pre experiment, using viscosity, atomization, centrifugal stability constant and antibacterial test results as index。 Results: The optimal formulation of Langdu spray were as follows as Langdu and other extracts 4%, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0。3% and pH 5。5。 The viscosity was proper, atomization of the preparation and the test results of centrifugal stability constant were good and the diameter of the antibacterial ring was the largest。 Conclusions: The preparation of Langdu spray is feasible and the formulation is optimized。
