摘要:为研究市售蜂胶软胶囊的质量,建立了咖啡酸、乔松素、白杨素、咖啡酸苯乙酯和高良姜素的HPLC-DAD含量测定方法。色谱柱Hypersil GOLD Dim.(250 × 4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.3%三氟乙酸(v/v)梯度洗脱;检测波长:290 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min。各成分在检测范围内均呈现较好的线性(r2>0.999)。加样回收率在97.4%-105.7%之间。并成功用于8个不同批次蜂胶软胶囊中五种活性成分的含量测定。该分析方法简单、快速、准确,适用于蜂胶软胶囊的质量控制。49730

The quality control and study of propolis soft capsule
Abstract:To study the quality of propolis soft capsule,establish a high-performance liquid chromatography-DAD (HPLC-DAD) method to simultaneously quantify the five bioactive compounds in propolis soft capsule, namely caffeic acid, pinocembrin, chrysin, caffeic acid phenethyl ester and galangin. This HPLC assay was performed on Hypersil GOLD Dim.(250 × 4.6 mm,5 μm)column with a gradient of methanol and 0.3% trifluoroacetic acid (v/v), at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and detected at 290 nm. All calibration curves showed good linearity (r2>0.999) within the test ranges. The recoveries were between 97.4% and 105.7%. This assay was applied to the evaluation of eight samples from different propolis soft capsule. The method was simple, rapid, accuracy and could be readily utilized for the quality control of propolis soft capsule.
