摘要:生活中的流感病毒往往会引发人们急性呼吸道感染,对人类身体的健康产生了严重的威胁。神经氨酸酶是在病毒入侵及预防中起着非常大的作用,使用神经氨酸酶抑制剂就是抑制病毒的有效方法。从近代医学的角度来说,神经氨酸酶抑制剂是以神经氨酸酶为起点的药物,它能够快速有效的抑制流感病毒的自我复制,是现在比较常用的一种医用药。本文主要研究开发新型的神经氨酸酶抑制剂合成中第一步骤的原料配比,如肉桂醛,苯甲醛,吡啶-3-甲醛等的底物,根据不同比例的反应得到产物的不同产率,找到最合适的反应点,为后面步骤提供原料。52690

Study on Synthesis of the new neuraminidase inhibitors
Abstract: Influenza viruses in life tend to cause people with acute respiratory infections, the health of the human body has a serious threat.
