摘要本研究从采自福州森林公园的短穗鱼尾葵的枝条和叶片中分离内生真菌,共分离获得97株内生真菌。其中茎段的侵染率为72%,从中分离到39株内生真菌,优势菌株是PF007308;叶片的侵染率是76%,从中分离到58株内生真菌,优势菌株是PF007324、PF007323、PF007319。对上述菌株的代谢产物进行了抑菌实验,测试细菌包括大肠杆菌,枯草芽孢杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌四种菌株。结果表明2株菌对大肠杆菌有抑菌作用,抑菌率为100%;4株菌对枯草芽孢杆菌具有抑菌作用,抑制率为98%以上;2株菌对金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌作用,抑制率为99.9%以上;2株菌对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑菌作用,抑制率为92.5%以上。本研究为保护短穗鱼尾葵内生真菌资源以及开发利用短穗鱼尾葵内生真菌提供基础数据和理论依据。短穗鱼尾葵内生真菌内存在着广泛的活性菌株。69839

Short Pieces of Wrinkles Endophytic Fungi Inhibitory Activity
Abstract In this study, the Caryota Kwai was collected from Fuzhou Forest Park, from which 97strains of endophytic fungi was isolated. The infection rate of endophytic fungi in stem segments is 72%. The number of endophytic fungi, which is isolated from the stem segments, is 39. Among those fungi, dominant strain was PF007308. In addition, the infection rate of endophytic fungi in leaf is 76% and the dominant strains were PF007324, PF007323, PF007319. The antibacterial experiment has carried out with the metabolite of these endophytic fungi. The test bacteria include four strains, which are Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and methicillin-resistant S. aureus. The results showed that two strains have antimicrobial effect on E. Coli and the antibacterial rate was 100%; four strains have antibacterial effect on B. subtilis and the antibacterial rate was more than 98%; two strains have antibacterial effect on S. aureus and the antibacterial rate was more than 99.9%; two strains have antibacterial effect on methicillin-resistant S. aureus and the antibacterial rate was more than 92.5%. The study aims to protect the inner C. Kwai fungus and exploit endophytic fungi in C. Kwai. Our results showed that there was a wide range of active strains in Endophytic Fungi of C. Kwai.
