摘要锂电池是近些年发展比较迅速的可充电二次电池,它具有体积小、能量密度大、 对环境影响小、释放的电压较高和损耗小等优点,目前已在日常设备如笔记本电脑、 照相机以及通信设备中得到广泛的应用,并且在纯电动汽车应用领域里受到专家广泛 的关注,将成为未来纯电动汽车的主要动力电源之一。而在锂电池的工作过程中,对 电池状态的实时检测是一个相当关键的环节,需要检测的电池参数有:电池的温度、 电压、电流,通过对其进行实时检测,对锂电池进行控制保护,来达到提升电池的放 电效率,增加其使用时间的目标。另外,当电池处于非正常状态时也可及时地采取措 施对电池进行管理保护。因此,本论文对锂电池在运行过程中,对其状态参数的实时 检测作出了相关研究。84912

本论在查阅了大量资料的情况下,文对锂电池的检测模块进行了模拟设计。电池 运行状态检测模块专注于电池的电压、电流和温度参数的检测;模块内部还具有电池 短路过流保护电路,当电池在运行过程中出现故障时,自行切断电池的输出电路达到 对电池的保护作用,另外当电池温度高于设定的温度值时,启动风扇进行降温,低于 设定温度时,风扇自行停止,保证电池工作在正常温度下。为了我们好更方便的看出 电池时下的运行状态,采用液晶显示屏来时刻显示采集的参数。

本论文采用单片机(STC89C52)作为整个设计模块的控制核心。辅助电路包括 电池参数采集电路、过流保护电路,降温电路及 LCD 显示电路,成功的实现了预期 目标。系统程序使用了一个大循环体的方式,实时刷新对电池状态参数的采集及显示 程序 。

Abstract Lithium battery has rapid development in recent years, as rechargeable two battery。 It has small volume, high energy density and pollution is small。Its average output voltage is high and self discharge, etc。, at present,It has been widely used。 in portable devices such  as

laptop computers, cameras, mobile communication equipmentand。 In the pure electric vehicle field it receives much attention and will become one of the main power supply of the electric vehicles in the future。 Lithium batteries used in the process, the real-time detection of the battery status is a very important part and operation status of battery parameters include: battery temperature, voltage, current, through the real-time detection and effectively managing the battery to improve battery discharge efficiency, prolong the service life of the battery 。 In addition, when the battery is in danger, it can take measures to protect the battery。 So, this paper makes some research on the battery operation state detection module。

In this paper, large information and design of the battery detection module is made for the characteristics of the lithium battery。 Battery running state detection module  attention to battery voltage, current and temperature parameters acquisition and SOC parameters calculation method; internal module design of the battery protection circuit, when the battery appeared in the process of short circuit and over flow, cut off automatically the output circuit of the battery to reaches a protective effect on the battery, also when its temperature is higher than the setting temperature, start the fan to cool until it is lower than the set value, fan stops on its own 。 In order that we can more intuitive to see the current running state of the battery, but also for the module design of the liquid crystal display to real-time display the current state of the battery。

In this paper, MCU is the core of the system, which can achieve the expected goal successfully by using the parameter acquisition circuit, over current protection circuit, the cooling circuit and the LCD display and other peripheral circuits。 The system software adopts the way of a big circulation body, and the acquisition and display of the battery state parameters is timed。
