摘要作为社会生产中的一类重要技术,过程控制对发展经济、丰富市场、满足人们日益增长的物质需要起了重要的作用。过程控制是自动化技术的重要组成部分,它在流程工业生产中占有及其重要的地位。它的主要任务是使整个生产过程安全、有序、节能、高效、确保产品性能稳定、质量可靠、数量丰富。随着计算机技术的飞速发展,计算机控制系统已成为自动控制技术发展的必然产物。在自动控制领域中,液位控制是非常重要的组成部分,如何运用计算机控制系统智能化的对液位高度进行监控与控制是非常值得深入研究的课题。86032
本文基于浙大中控的CS4000过程控制实验平台,运用C3000过程控制器对液位、温度和流量的控制进行设计,运用PID控制对单容、双容水箱液位特性进行调试,最终实现双容水箱的PID控制。

This article is based on ZheJiang university central CS4000 process control experiment platform, using the C3000 process control to design the liquid level ,rate of flow and temperature controller 。 By using PID control to debug the single, double water tank level features to finally realizes the double water tank of PID control。
