摘要滚珠丝杠具有将旋转运动变换成直线运动,或者将直线运动变换为旋转运动的功能,其主要由钢球、螺杆、防尘器、预压片、螺母、反向器构成。工具机以及精密机器中经常使用滚珠丝杠作为作为传动元件。并且以其高信赖性、高精度、优良的耐久性、高效率、无背隙与高刚性特点,被广泛的应用于各种精密仪器以及工业设备中。86066

在各类机器以及生产过程中,可编程逻辑控制器(即PLC)以其可靠性高和抗干扰能力强的特点被广泛使用。PLC通过可编程的存储器来存储程序,执行定时、计数和逻操运算等面向用户的操作指令,同时通过数字或模拟式的输入/输出来最终实现对于目标的控制。

在电机控制中,作为与PLC配合使用的产品变频器(Variable-frequency Drive,VFD)以其调速效率高、调速范围宽和机械特性较硬也被广泛使用在工业控制领域中。由于PLC和变频器构成的控制系统具有响应快和稳定性好的特性,因此在现今的工业控制领域被使用的越来越广泛。

本课题主要以Allen-Bradley的Mirco850PLC、PowerFlex525变频器、威纶通6070ip触摸屏以及三相异步电机等组成的控制系统作为研究平台,对于滚珠丝杠滑台运用五段式S型加减速曲线并考察其运行的平滑程度和曲线的精度。同时分别采用开环控制、传统PID控制和分段PID控制对滚珠丝杠进行运动控制,并分析其曲线特性。

Abstract Ball screw with the rotary motion into linear motion, or for the function of the rotary motion to linear motion transformation, mainly by the steel ball, screw, dustproof, preloading, nut, reverser。 Machine tools and precision machine is often used in ball screw as transmission components。 And with its high reliability, high precision, excellent durability, high efficiency, no back gap and high rigidity characteristics, is widely applied to various kinds of precision instruments and industrial equipment。

In the process of various machines and production, programmable logic controller (PLC) with its high reliability and strong anti-jamming capability is widely used。 Through PLC programmable memory to store procedures, timing, counting and logic operation operation performed such as user-oriented instructions, at the same time, through digital or analog input/output to achieve for the target control。

In motor control, frequency converter as used with PLC products (Variable frequency Drive, VFDS) with its high speed efficiency, speed range and mechanical properties is hard also is widely used in industrial control field。 Due to the PLC and frequency converter control system has fast response and good stability characteristics, thus in today's industrial control field is used more and more widely。

This paper introduces in detail with Allen - Bradley Mirco850PLC, PowerFlex525 6070 IP touch screen and inverter, wei lun and other components of the three-phase asynchronous motor control system, the ball screw type sliding table adopts five-paragraph S deceleration curve and the running smoothness and accuracy。 At the same time, respectively, using open-loop control, traditional PID control and piecewise PID control to motion control of ball screw, and analyze its characteristics curve。
