摘要:本文研究以AT89C51芯片为核心,辅以必要的外围电路,对其进行深入分析,并设计了基于单片机的全自动洗衣机系统,实现它的洗涤、漂洗、脱水功能。
首先阐述它的软、硬件设计。在硬件方面,除CPU外,使用了两个七段LED数码管进行显示,水位开关用于检测洗衣桶内水位高低,安全开关用于在脱水时,判断洗衣机的桶盖是否打开"桶盖打开则报警,若脱水时遇桶盖打开则通过显示报警,直到闭合桶盖后才能继续脱水处理。20539
其次阐述它的工作原理和设计任务。在保证正常的全自动洗衣机的功能下,单片机还可根据用户的需求来操作,如单独进行脱水、洗涤、漂洗或其组合。
最后编写程序代码,实现该系统。软件方面采用汇编语言编程"通过对单片机程序设计实现对洗衣机系统的洗涤程序进行监测、判断和控制以及人机交换。
通过实验验证本毕业论文所设计的全自动洗衣机系统能够达到洗涤、漂洗、脱水三种工作状态的要求。实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的动态和稳态性能,具有较大的实用价值。

Microcontroller-based washing machine control circuit design
Abstract : In this paper, in order to AT89C51 chip as the core , supplemented by peripheral circuits necessary for its in-depth analysis , and design a microcontroller-based automatic washing machine system to achieve its washing, rinsing , dehydration function.
First, it describes the software and hardware design. On the hardware side , except CPU , using two seven-segment LED digital tube display, began after washing , the remaining time is displayed ( in minutes ) and flashing. Safety switch for dehydration, determine whether the washing machine lid open " lid open alarm , in case if the lid is opened by dehydration alarm until after closing the lid to continue dehydration .
The second section describes how it works and design tasks. Ensure the normal function of automatic washing machine, the controller can also be operated in accordance with the needs of users , such as a separate dehydration , washing, rinsing , or combinations thereof .
Finally, write code to achieve the system. Software using assembly language programming " by SCM program design and implementation of a system for washing machine washing procedures for monitoring, judgment and control, and human-computer exchange .
In this paper, experimental verification automatic washing machine system designed to achieve by washing, rinsing, dehydration requires three operating states. Experimental results show that the system has good dynamic and steady-state performance, has great practical value.
