Design basis including the design task book, engineering data and appropriate design standards and manuals .Design standards refers to urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards. Design manual refers to sewage treatment plant process design manual.
The design includes the following aspects: Based on the raw data to determine the
design process. According to the design requirements for access to such data, independently completed the opening report, translate foreign language materials. According to the raw data and the inspection completed the design and calculation of the main processing structures. According to the raw data and the inspection completed the design and calculation of other auxiliary structures. According to the raw data and the inspection completed Design calculations and selection of major equipment. According to the calculation results and the data access to complete the overall layout of the sewage treatment plant. According to the calculation results and the data access to complete the sewage treatment plant elevation arrangement. According to the construction of the exact dimensions of the selection of appropriate scale independently completed the main structure diagram, to determine the exact location of various structures layout and select the appropriate scale independently completed sewage treatment plant general layout and independent of the completion of sewage treatment plant flow elevation map (eight in total).Preparation of major equipment and materials specification table on each chart. The design principles include the following: (1)The design parameters of the

After the completion of the design, as far as possible to take reasonable measures to reduce the cost of construction and management in general layout, single design, and pharmaceutical selection. (4)Avoid secondary pollution. Try to avoid or reduce the negative impact on the environment, proper disposal of grid slag, sludge etc., avoid secondary pollution to the environment. (5)The design of the sewage treatment plant must be considered safe operating conditions.
My topic of this graduation design is process design of a sewage treatment by A/0. The final effluent by design: COD = 60mg / L, BOD = 18mg / L, SS = 18mg / L, NH3-N = 15mg / L, TN = 12mg / L, TP = 1.2mg / L. Achieve the secondary standard of “urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards ”(GB 18918-2002).
