摘要:脉冲涡流检测探头的优化是改善脉冲涡流检测性能的关键部分。激励和探头结构参数与脉冲涡流检测灵敏度、涡流渗透深度密切相关。选择合适的激励和探头结构参数非常必要。采用COMSOL有限元仿真软件建立了脉冲涡流圆柱型探头的有限元模型,并分析了在不同的激励电流大小、频率、占空比、内径、外径以及高度情况下,对线圈周围磁场强度和被检试件中涡流分布水平的影响。通过有限元仿真分析,得出了不同参数对探头检测灵敏度的影响,为脉冲涡流检测探头结构的优化提供了参考价值。94187

Abstract: Pulsed eddy current testing probe optimization is a key part to improve the performance of pulsed eddy current testing 。The excitation and probe structure parameters are closely related to the sensitivity of eddy current testing and the depth of eddy current。Choosing the appropriate incentive and sensor structure parameters is necessary。The finite element model of pulsed eddy current cylinder probe was established by using COMSOL finite element simulation software and analyzed how the magnetic field intensity and the eddy current distribution level of checked specimen were influenced by different size of exciting current, frequency,duty cycle,inside diameter, outside diameter and height。 Through the finite element simulation analysis,the influence of different parameters on the probe sensitivity is obtained,which provides reference value for the optimization of the structure of the pulsed eddy current testing probe。
