摘 要:随着科学技术和生产的不断发展,需要对各种参数进行温度测量,由于温度测量的普遍性,温度传感器的数量在各种传感器中居首位。温度控制的发展引入单片机后,可以降低对某些硬件电路的要求。基于单片机的温度控制系统,可以实现对温度的精确控制。94273

本设计以STC89C51单片机为核心的温度控制系统的工作原理和设计方法,温度信号由温度芯片DS18B20采集,并以数字信号的方式传给单片机,单片机通过对信号进行相应处理,从而实现对温度的精确控制的目的。由于单片机具有处理能力强,运行速度快,功耗低等优点,故基于单片机的温度控制系统具有控制简单,测量范围广,精度高,得到广泛应用。

基于单片机的温度控制系统,实现对温度的精确控制,使得某些场合下人人们对温度的高低要求得以实现。对人们的生产生活影响巨大,比如在我国的北方,冬天温度极低,但引入温室大棚后,冬天的时候人们也能吃到新鲜的蔬菜;钢铁厂里炼铁,对温度的要求更高,这就使得对温度控制变的极为有意义,而在我们的日常生活中,空调让我们东暖夏凉,确实让我们感受到温度控制对我们生活质量的提高起着很大的作用,总之,现代工业设计,工程建设及日常生活中温度控制都起着重大作用。
