摘要:随着当今世界无线通讯的迅速发展,能够用于通信的频带资源越来越少。所以,滤波器在接收机前端所起到的选频性能就越发的重要,滤波器的性能优劣,决定了整个系统性能的好坏。因此,越来越多的射频工程师开始寻找设计性能更优的滤波器的方法。
本文介绍了平行耦合式微带线带通滤波器与抽头式发夹型微带线带通滤波器的基本原理及设计步骤,阐述了ADS2009(AdvancedDesignSystem)在设计过程中的参数优化、器件仿真、矩量法分析等相关内容。借助ADS(AdvancedDesignSystem)软件设计并优化了两个微带线带通滤波器,分别为:平行耦合式与抽头式发夹型微带线带通滤波器。通过本文的设计方法及步骤,利用ADS,设计出了技术指标为:中心频率为2.4GHz,带宽为200MHz,通带内衰减小于3dB,阻带衰减(2GHz以下,3GHz以上)大于40dB的平行耦合式微带线带通滤波器与抽头式发夹型带通滤波器。最后通过ADS电磁矩量法(Momentum)仿真,模拟出了符合设计要求的平行耦合式与抽头式发夹型微带线带通滤波器。适用于包括无线局域网(WLAN)、蓝牙技术
(Bluetooth)、紫蜂(Zigbee)等短距离无线通信频段。

Abstract:With the rapid development of wireless communication in the world today, there is less and less frequency band resources can be used for communication. So the filter in the receiver front-end is more important and the filter’s performance decides the whole system’s performance. As a result, more and more RF engineers are looking for ways to design better-performing filters.
In this paper, the basic principle and design steps of Parallel Coupled microstrip bandpass filter and Hairpin microstrip bandpass filter are introduced. And it describes the ADS(Advanced Design System) software in the design process, like optimization, simulation, momentum simulation and other related content. This paper introduces a methodology for design and optimization of Parallel Coupled microstrip bandpass filter and Hairpin microstrip bandpass filter with the aid of ADS(Advanced Design System). Through the design method and steps of this paper, the parallel coupled microstrip bandpass filter and hairpin microstrip bandpass filter are proposed. The filter’s technical indicators: the center frequency is 2.4GHz, the bandwidth is 200MHz, the passband attenuation is less than 3dB, the stopband attenuation (below 2GHz, 3GHz or more) of more than 40 dB.
Finally, both microstrip bandpass filters pass the ADS’s momentum simulation (taking into account the fact that there is an electromagnetic). It is suitable for short-range wireless communication bands including wireless local area network (WLAN), Bluetooth technology and Zigbee.
