    摘要在当今低碳经济的大背景下,电动汽车相比于传统汽车具有不可比拟的优势,但是由于充电需求具有明显的不确定性和随机性,当大量电动汽车入网充电时,会对总负荷分布态势带来较大改变。另一方面,电动汽车入网技术( )允许电动汽车给系统反馈电能,给配电系统的运行带来了新的发展机遇。33872
    论文以电动汽车大规模使用为前提,将私家电动汽车作为研究对象,建立了具体的充电负荷模型,算例分析可得:单向无序充电模式下,电动汽车入网使得负荷曲线“峰上加峰”,造成系统运行负担,而对充电行为在电压偏移、网络损耗方面的影响,则进行潮流计算,并由算例分析可得:单向无序充电模式下,会使得电压最大偏移量超出允许值,网损率较高,影响系统经济运行,就此都提出了单向有序充电模式下,实行分时段电价的优化策略;最后,介绍电动汽车入网技术( )模式下,分时段电价政策对于不利影响有明显改善,带来削峰填谷、应急备用等有利影响。

    Abstract
    Under the background of low-carbon economy,although compared with the traditional car, electric vehicle has incomparable advantages,but due to charging demand has obvious uncertainty and randomness,when a large number of electric vehicle network charge,the total load distribution trend to bring great change.On the other hand,V2G allow electric vehicles to the system feedback electric energy,has brought the new opportunity for development to the operation of the power distribution system.
    The paper takes the large-scale use of electric vehicles as the premise. The paper studies the private electric vehicle as the object of study, and establishes the charging load model. It can be analyzed by the numerical examples, This kind of charging mode, the electric car network makes the load curve of "peak on peak", causing the system to run the burden. The influence of the charging behavior on the voltage shift and network loss is carried out, and the power flow is calculated. It also can be analyzed by the numerical examples, Under the unidirectional charge mode, the maximum offset of the voltage exceeds the allowable value, and the net loss rate is higher, and the economic operation of the system is affected.The optimal strategy for the time price of the sub period is put forward. Finally, in the V2G mode, the sub-time electricity price policy has a significant improvement to the adverse effect, which brings the favorable impact of the peak load-cut, emergency reserve, etc.
