         本文是关于玻镁板生产线上板机构控制系统的设计。主要包括设计生产线上板系统工作机构,利用相关CAD软件进行三维造型和系统运动学仿真,验证其可行性,还有控制系统的设计几个方面的内容。上板系统工作原理:通过设计的可行性推手结构推动放于平稳升降台上的玻镁板模板进入生产线。

    自动上板机由推动部分、小车部分、滚动部分、输送部分、控制系统等几部分组成。全自动上板机的优点在于无需专用设备基础,放置在硬化平地上即可与送板机配套使用,减轻了操作工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,节省人工,降低生产成本;整机无移动的电缆和电气元件,保证了操作人员的人身安全;整体设备具有结构简单合理,操作使用灵活、性能可靠、适用范围广特点。通过仿真我们可以了解玻镁板生产线上板机控制系统在一些特定状态下的动态特性,为自动上板机的设计和改进提供了理论依据。
