摘 要与传统混凝土加工工艺比较,大型智能PC构件自动化生产线的优点有加工效率高、全程自动控制、工艺水平高、设备先进、操作工人少、人为因素引起的误差小、后续扩展性强等。该生产线可实现自动化、智能化、系统化。从原料处理→钢筋网加工→PC循环生产→养护存储,期间各工作环节具有非常强的连贯性与耦合性,系统工作协调性好,能完成质量较高的大型混凝土预制构件的生产。86137
随着住宅产业的发展,预制混凝土构件成为现代住宅产业化发展的方向和趋势。PC构件自动立体养护设备成为PC构件工厂化预制和自动化生产线中的关键设备,它的工厂空间利用率高,又便于实现构件存取自动化管理,同时还有参数可控的养护温控系统,对实现混凝土构件养护过程的自动控制起到了关键作用。自动化养护设备和PC构件的自动化生产线相连接,能大大提高生产效率、降低劳动成本,更好地实现PC构件的工厂化预制生产。
自动化立体养护设备包括堆垛机、钢结构立体养护窑、自动化控制系统三部分。其中,堆垛机是关键的起重、搬运设备。本文论述了PC构件生产线中堆垛机控制系统的结构、原理和特点,介绍了堆垛机控制系统的设计。针对PC构件生产线的存取特点,设计出控制系统图。并用PLC控制程序梯形图。
