摘要直流伺服系统广泛应用于军工,精密机床,自动化生产,机器人等领域。。本文介绍了直流电机扩大机伺服系统及它的工作原理,对某武器型号直流电机扩大机伺服系统的工作原理进行了较为全面的分析,对其中每一部分的作用进行了阐述,设定了故障点,计算出了每一个故障处点的正常工作电压值,以此为基础,通过最小单片机系统设计了故障检测电路以确定直流伺服系统发生故障时的部位和器件,给出了完整的电路图,并在此硬件电路的基础上使用C语言编写了自动检测程序,为伺服系统的故障检测提供了方便。62920

Title Principle Analysis of DC Servo System and Failure Detecting Design of Driving Circuit
Abstract DC servo system is widely used in areas like military project, precision machine tool, automatic production, robot and so on. This article introduces the operating principle of the servo system of DC electric motor amplifier, and a comprehensive analysis of the operating principle of the servo system of DC electric motor amplifier is made, which is used in military project and the introduce of each part of the system is also included. This article also Sets some points of failure and works out the normal voltage of each point and then designs a SCM system to detect in which part and which component does the failure happen. The hardware circuit and corresponding autotest procedure are also given, thus makes it much more convenient to detect the failure of the servo system.
