摘要本文主要研究汽车尾气NO的监测仪的设计。首先对NO的监测技术进行了研究,通过比较选择了根据电化学原理设计的监测仪,并用CAD和CATIA软件绘出了仪器的壳体结构和尺寸。在硬件方面,选取了抗干扰能力较强的NX3一氧化氮电化学式传感器,其余部分主要包括放大电路、键盘控制电路、LED显示电路等;在软件方面,通过对系统各硬件部分的功能及技术参数要求,进行了相应的程序框图的设计其中包括程序总体流程图以及各子程序流程图,同时应用C语言,对NO气体监测过程所需要的程序进行编程。63573
经过以上设计,本NO气体监测仪方便实用,抗干扰能力强,低功耗,检测精度高,适合大批量生产。

Title Design of automobile tail gas NO monitor
Abstract
This treatise focuses on the design of automobile exhaust NO monitor.First , to study NO detection technologies,and the selected on the basis of the principle of electrochemical designed monitor by comparing, and use CAD and CATIA software to draw the shell structure and the size of the instrument. In the aspect of hardware, select the NX3 nitric oxide electrochemical sensor which has strong anti-interference ability, the rest part includes amplifying circuit, keyboard control circuit, LED display circuit and so on; In the software design, according to the system’s hardware part of the function and the demand of technology parameter, I designed the corresponding program diagram including program overall flow chart and the procedure flow chart , and programmed it by C language for NO gas monitoring。Through the above design, the NO gas monitor is convenient and practical and with strong anti-interference ability, low power consumption, high precision, and suitable for mass production.
