摘要本毕业设计为继保与自动化风险体验系统测控装置设计,该设计是为操作人员提供操作效果模拟体验环境,通过在电力设备上加装各种接近开关、光电感应器等设备,感知体验者操作流程,实现实时智能化识别、监控和管理。针对操作人员在不同工作流程下容易碰到的风险点进行模拟,若操作流程违反规范,则通过声、光、电、烟雾等表现形式模拟事故场景。该测控装置运用RS-485现场总线联网技术实现。63895

本文首先综述了风险体验系统的总体设计思路和框架,然后从硬件和软件两个方面较详细的介绍了风险体验系统的设计过程。系统硬件运用了鸿格模块,分两方面分别介绍了系统的输入部分和输出部分的设计,软件部分利用组态王实现了实时输入信号的检测,风险事件的逻辑关系整理与判断,模拟体验输出信号的控制和人机交互界面的设计。

Title   The Design of The Measurement and Control Device for Risk Experience System of The Relay Protection and Automation                                                                            

Abstract This graduation project completed a design of the measurement and control device for risk experience system of the relay protection and automation. The design is to provide operators with operation effect simulation environment. This system can perceive the operation flow of the experience and can realize intellectualized identification, tracking, monitoring and management by installing various kinds of proximity switch and photoelectric sensor on the Electric power equipment. The operator is easy to encounter the risk of some simulation under diffrent working process .If the operator violate the operation specification, it will simulate the Accident Scenario by Sound, light, electricity, smoke and so on.The measurement and control devices with RS-485 field bus network technology implementation.

This paper firstly summarizes the design ideas and the frame of the whole risk experience system ,then introduces the design process of the risk experience system from two aspects of hardware and software. System hardware respectively introduces the desige in the system’s input part and output part by using hon module, and system software mainly realizes the following functions:the real-time detection for the input signals,neatening and detemining the logic relation of risk events, the control of the output signals and the design of the Man-machine interface by kingview.
