摘要本文首先通过分析国内汽车行业的发展现状以及其对环境造成的影响得出节能减排技术及柴油机发展的必然性。随后我们简单介绍了国内外汽车内燃发动机节能减排政策、法规,以及常用的节能减排技术。我们发现现在技术突破的关键是开发新型的能解决发动机供油回路以及气体回路耦合的高级电控控制算法。因此本文提出了关于装备有废气再循环(EGR)阀和可变截面涡轮增压器(VGT)的柴油发动机的一个四阶非线性模型。该模型考虑了发动机的曲轴动态变量和气路动态变量,整体控制目标是对发动机转速、进气管压力和压缩机质量流量进行轨迹跟踪。为了达到预期的目标,我们提出了基于两个回路的动态反馈稳定控制。内环是基于Lyapunov函数的控制,用以实现发动机转速轨迹跟踪。外环是涉及EGR和VGT的控制,保证了进气管压力和压缩机质量流量的轨迹跟踪。同时,外环的动态反馈稳定控制也提供了外部燃料质量流量的扰动抑制。仿真结果证明了上述方法的效率和稳定性。65206

Title    The energy saving coordinated control of a Diesel Engine with EGR & VGT      

Abstract In this paper,firstly, the necessity of energy saving technology and diesel engine development was derived by analyzing the current development of the domestic auto industry and its impact on the environment.Subsequently, we briefly introduce the policies and regulations of domestic and foreign automotive internal combustion engine energy-saving and emission reduction, and also the common energy conservation technology. We found that if wo want to get breakthroughs the key is to develop new advanced control algorithm which can solve the problem when we combine the engine oil-path and the air-path.Therefore, a fourth-order dimensional nonlinear model is proposed for a diesel engine equipped with a Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) and an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.The model takes into account the engine crankshaft speed dynamics and the air-path dynamics. The global control objectives are to track desired values of engine speed, intake manifold pressure and compressor flow mass rate.For the considered objectives two loop based dynamical feedback stabilization control is proposed:an inner loop and an outer loop.The inner loop considers a control based on Lyapunov function which realizes the desired engine speed trajectory tracking. The outer loop concerns EGR & VGT control and ensures both the desired intake manifold pressure and the desired compressor mass flow rate trajectory tracking. The outer loop dynamical feedback stabilization control provides also the external fuel mass flow rate perturbation rejection. The robustness and efficiency of the proposed method are demonstrated by simulation results.
