摘要随着我国各地区城市化进程的加快和经济的发展,城市人口与规模不断扩大,城市汽车消费量也随着不断的增长。汽车给人们的出行带来极大的方便,而随着汽车数量的增多,也随着带来了一些问题,交通拥堵状况越来越突出,发生交通事故的频率也不断提高,交通事故成为威胁人民生活和财产安全的重要隐患之一。同时,随着电子商务的发展,汽车物流等相关行业的兴起,对车辆的调度、监管的要求越来越高。为了给货物和乘客的安全提供保障,缓解交通拥堵等一系列的问题,智能交通系统应运而生,并且得到了快速的发展。本文首先对智能交通系统进行了简要的介绍,接着详细描述GPS定位技术和蜂窝定位技术如何对车辆进行定位,主要使用socket通信技术,连接浏览器端与服务器端通信。完成对服务器开发,设计使用access数据库,最后结合实例,在网络发布GIS地图,探究智能交通系统对车辆的实时定位、车辆轨迹回放功能和指挥调度功能,完成对智能交通系统的初步设计,最后对智能交通系统设计存在的问题和发展前景进行总结和展望。68938

Abstract With the increase of regional urbanization and economic development, urban population and the scale expands unceasingly, city car consumption also along with the constant growth. Car brings great convenience to people's travel, and increase in the number of cars, with also brings some problems, traffic congestion is more and more prominent, the frequency of traffic accident is increasing traffic accidents become one of the important hidden danger threat to people's life and property safety. At the same time, with the development of electronic commerce, the rise of the automobile logistics and other related industry, more and more high to the requirement of vehicle scheduling, supervision. To provide security for cargo and passengers' safety, ease traffic congestion and so on a series of problems, intelligent transportation system arises at the historic moment, and got rapid development.Firstly, intelligent transportation systems, a brief introduction, followed by a detailed description of how GPS technology and cellular positioning technology to locate the vehicle, the main use of socket communications technology, making the browser and server communicate smoothly. Complete server development, design and use of database access, and finally with examples in web publishing GIS maps, exploring intelligent transportation systems for vehicle real-time positioning, vehicle track playback function and dispatching functions, complete the preliminary design of intelligent transportation systems. Finally, the problems existing in the intelligent transportation system design and development prospects of summarized and prospected.
