摘要在计算机网络技术飞速发展的同时,技术中的先锋者对于图像处理的研究也 不甘落后,这也就促进着图像处理技术也在迅猛发展。所以,当今科技的发展要 求人们应该把眼光放得更高更远,这也就导致了对运动的视频目标的监控成为一 个焦点。在以前,科学技术界已经对特定的运动目标和静态的背景做了深刻的研 究,得到了比较系统的理论和结论,应用也已经比较娴熟,然而对非特定目标的 运动和动态背景则研究的相对较少。69250

目前,学界逐步将注意力转移到特定目标的检测与跟踪上面,用来解决不断 涌现出理论和应用难题。为此,这篇文章主要是为了帮助解决运动的目标检测与 跟踪技术而做了一些研究,主要工作如下:检测与跟踪运动的目标。因为通过摄 像头采集到的视频信息是动态信息,所以首要的就是需要把动态背景通过一些手 段进行静态化。在对目标的检测方面,就采用了相对计算与应用比较简单的背景 差分法。然后通过最小二值化,腐蚀,区域标定等完成对运动目标的检测。还采 用 Cam shift 目标跟踪的算法。该算法主要是基于检测部分得到的目标的颜色特 征,此外,Cam shift 的鲁棒性较好,即使运动的目标在运动过程中发生形变或 被遮挡,仍然可以准确的进行追踪。通过云端控制器在观察中心可以很好的观察 到运动的目标,并结合对称差分法将观察到的结果初始化,对运动的目标在静态 背景下进行精确的自动跟踪。

最后,还在设计中添加了可以对单个运动目标进行监控的平台,即视频监控 平台。在这个视频监控平台中,PC 机作为整个系统的主控制器,DHCG-400 图 像采集卡和 ANNKE-AHD 型 CMOS 摄像头作为整个系统的信息采集设备,用来 采集外部的视频信息来源。利用先进的计算机网络技术与强大的图像处理能力, 完成该课题的研究。
