本设计基于现有的 ZDY1900S(MKD--5S)型全液压钻机的液压系统进行改 进,通过分析现有的 ZDY1900S(MKD--5S)型全液压钻机的液压系统,在整个液 压钻机的压力系统特点及其工作原理的基础上,确定其所需要实现的功能,主要 包括加持、转进、回拔的液压系统回路改进。由以上分析可知,系统所要完成的 功能主要由液压控制阀的组合、联动来实现,所以采用一个三维六通阀代替原有 的一个三位四通阀和一个两位三通阀的组合联动对原系统进行改进。最后通过运 用 Amesim 液压仿真软件对改进后的液压系统进行仿真。在仿真实现过程中,根 据软件的工作方式、系统的工作原理建立仿真模型,并在此基础上进行性能分析, 得出液压系统的性能曲线,并进行比较。有仿真结果分析可知,改进后的液压系 统既满足了原 ZDY1900S(MKD--5S)型全液压钻机液压系统所能完成的功能要 求,也满足系统的安全性要求,最主要的是改进后的系统在原有系统的基础上减 少了一个阀件,实体操作台上就少了一个操作手柄,使得操作更加简单、方便。

To achieve fast, convenient and cost-effective in mining mineral resources, a hydraulic drill as our preferred tools.
This design is based on the existing ZDY1900S (MKD - 5 s) full hydraulic pressure hydraulic system of drilling rig was improved, through the analysis of the existing ZDY1900S (MKD - 5 s) full hydraulic pressure hydraulic system of drilling rig, the pressure of the hydraulic drill system characteristics and its working principle, on the basis of determining the need to implement the functions, mainly including the blessing, turn into, back to pull out of the loop hydraulic system improvement. Known from the analysis of the above, the system to complete the main function by the combination of hydraulic control valves, linkage, so using a three-dimensional six valve instead of the original three a four-way valve and a combination of the two three-way valve linkage to improve the original system. At last, by using hydraulic simulation software Amesim simulation to the improved hydraulic system. In the process of simulation, according to the software works, the working principle of system simulation model is established, based on the performance analysis, it is concluded that the hydraulic system of the performance curve, and the comparison. With the results of simulation analysis shows that the improved hydraulic system satisfy the original ZDY1900S (MKD - 5 s) type hydraulic drilling rig hydraulic system can complete functional requirements, and meet the security requirements of system, is the most important of the improved system on the basis of the original
