摘要近年我国物流行业的迅猛发展,仓储行业也紧跟其脚步快速发展起来。目前 为解决仓储中心空间利用率的问题所使用的技术是基于计算机的自动化仓储技 术,利用计算机来控制仓储中心货物的存入和取出。这一技术的应用范围日益扩 大,逐步渗透到生产存储、产品分拨和仓储物流中心等各个领域。72267
本设计分为电源电路模块、复位电路模块、手动模拟计数按键模块、单片机 控制模块、数码管显示电路模块、LED 电路模块、报警电路模块共七个模块,其 功能是模拟各个仓库中商品的存入和取出,判断仓库是否为空、正常或满。
计数功能除了应用于仓库,在现实生产中运用也比较广泛,如流水线的产品 计数,在生活中,计数可用于停车场车位的计数。

Digital Counter for Storage Center Based on Microcomputer
Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of China's logistics industry,Warehou
-sing industry is also rapidly developing followed by its pace of development。 Currently ,the technology used to solve the problem of space utilization of storage center is automated storage technology based on computer。 The technology uses the computer to control the storage and removal of the goods。The application scope of the technology is expanding day by day,and gradually penetrate into various fields such as production inventory, product allocation and warehousing logistics center, and so on。
The design is pided into seven modules, respectively they are power circuit module, reset circuit module, analog counting module, MCU control module, digital tube display circuit module, LED circuit module and alarm circuit module。Its function is to simulate the storage and removal of goods in each warehouse and judge whether the warehouse is empty, normal or full and react accordingly。
Counting function is not only used in warehouse, but also is widely used in practical production,such as products counting of assembly line。In life, counts can be used for counting car parking space in parking lot。
